We will refund your payment in full if your Clearfy affiliated orthodontist determines that you are not a suitable candidate for the Clearfy clear aligner program. This refund policy applies to the following situations: if you have made payments for the impression kit only, if you have paid for the impression kit and the aligner treatment in advance, or if you have paid in advance for the aligner treatment at one of our Clearfy bricks - and mortar stores. This refund policy does not apply to a situation where you return an impression kit with distorted or unusable models. For cases like these where the impression kit is distorted / unusable, we will offer to send you an additional impression kit for $ 49.00.
If you have used the aligners as prescribed and they are not working, and if the Clearfy affiliated orthodontist finds a new treatment plan advisable, we will work with you to develop a new treatment plan at no additional cost. If this describes your circumstances, you may be required to submit a new print, photo, and / or return kit for an additional in-store scan.

After your visit to the Clearfy store, you should receive your treatment plan quickly. After receiving your treatment plan, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to adjust the plan if possible and if allowed by your affiliated orthodontist. We will reimburse you for your treatment payment in full if you are still not satisfied with your treatment plan. However, once you agree to your treatment plan, we will begin manufacturing your custom aligners and you will no longer be offered a refund.
Clients who have submitted an impression kit, paid for the aligner treatment in advance, and have an approved treatment plan have the opportunity to work with our team to adjust the plan if possible and if allowed by the orthodontist. The impression kit fee is only refunded if the orthodontist determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment. If you are not satisfied with your treatment plan, we may reimburse you in advance for the portion of the payment paid for the aligner treatment (again, this reimbursement does not include the Impression Kit fee, see above).
We do not accept returns on either the Impression Kit or the Aligner Kit, as we cannot reuse these kits for anyone else. Once we obtain your Medical History and Consent Form, your order for the Impression Kit has been processed and cannot be refunded (unless our orthodontist, after reviewing your models, photos and other information, determines that you are not a candidate suitable). Once you agree to your treatment plan, we will begin producing your custom aligners, and a refund will no longer be available.
